Overview
If your protected shipment was lost or damaged, you can file a cargo claim through the claims portal. You’ll enter your shipment details, upload supporting documents and submit your claim for review.
File your claim as soon as possible. In most cases, you have up to 9 months to start a claim. For concealed damage claims, you may have up to 90 days.
Before You Start
Have these details ready before you begin:
- Your Bill of Lading (BOL) number
- The email address tied to your claim
- Documents that support your claim, such as invoices, receipts or bills of sale
- Photos or videos of the damage and packaging, if applicable
You can’t save your progress and come back later. It’s best to start when you’re ready to complete the claim.
