Having a Global Freight Forwarding (GFF) Account number is beneficial to access the full suite of our freight forwarding shipping tools and services. If you already have an account, great, just make sure you link your account number within your UPS® Forwarding Hub profile to unlock any special pricing agreements you have with UPS.
Important: Small package account numbers cannot be linked to your UFH profile. You must have a freight shipping account number.
Need a GFF account number? Request one via your UFH 'Dashboard' on the 'Profile Setup' tile (see images below).

Fill in 'Account Setup Form' fields
Account number request can take up to 48 business hours to process by our global accounts team. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive your unique account details, which will be used to manage, quote, book and track your shipments.
Note: If you need to ship immediately, you can still quote and book your shipment, but you will get automatically assigned a temporary account number by our system. This account number is a 9-digit alpha-numeric number followed by a 'T' (stands for temporary).
Don't forget to link your new account number to your UFH profile when you receive it.
