Update Your Personal Information

Updating your profile in the UPS Forwarding Hub (UFH) is a straightforward process that allows you to ensure your contact information stays accurate and up to date. UFH users can modify details such as their profile name, address, country, and phone number directly through the application's profile settings. However, for security and verification reasons, updating the email address is not permitted through the application. 


To make changes, simply access your 'My Profile' section and follow the steps below:

select 'My Profile' (upper right corner), 


select 'My Profile Page'











Click 'Edit' 


Make any necessary modifications.  


*Due to UPS security and verification parameters the email address associated with your profile cannot be updated here.

Once you've completed your updates click 'Save'


Your account is now successfully updated!
