Keeping your address book updated and organized is crucial for streamlining your shipping process. Using the UPS Forwarding Hub, you can easily add new addresses, edit existing ones, or remove outdated entries. This helps ensure your deliveries are accurate, reduce errors, and save valuable time.

Below, you’ll find step-by-step instructions for managing your address book, along with tips and additional resources to enhance your experience.


How to Add an Address


Log into the UPS Forwarding Hub and go to your ‘My Profile Page.’

On the ‘Address Book’ page, click ‘Add Saved Addresses.’ 



Select the ‘Single’ tab.



Complete all fields with the new address information.


Click ‘Save to My Addresses.’



Optionally, add notes or associate a contact for the new address. Choose an existing contact or add a new one.



How to Edit an Existing Address


Editing an address in your address book is simple. Follow these instructions:

Locate the address you want to modify, then click the ‘drop-down arrow’ next to it.



Select ‘Edit.’



Make changes to the desired fields.



Click ‘Update’ to save your changes.




How to Remove an Address


If you need to delete an address from your address book, follow these steps:

Go to the ‘Addresses’ tab in your address book to see all saved addresses.


Find the address you want to remove, and click the ‘drop-down arrow’ next to it.



Click ‘Delete.’



Confirm removal by clicking ‘Delete’ again.

The address is now removed from your profile.
