Keeping your address book organized helps to minimize errors, save time, and ensure your shipments reach the correct destination. In the following section, we'll guide you through the simple steps to edit, add, or remove an address from your address book.

How to Add an Address
To access your address book, ensure you are logged into the UPS Forwarding Hub. Once logged in, navigate to your address book using the 'My Profile Page'.

On the 'Address Book' Page, select 'Add Saved Addresses'
Select the 'Single' tab
'Complete the Fields' with the new address information.
Click 'Save to My Addresses'
'Update the Details or Add Notes' for the new address.
You can also 'Associate a Contact' for the new address. Choose one from your existing contacts or add a new one.
How to Edit an Existing Address
To edit an existing address in your address book you must first navigate to the 'Addresses' tab within your address book, this will allow you to view a list of all addresses associated with your profile.

Once you have located the address you want to edit, click the 'drop-down arrow' next to that address.
Select 'Edit'
Make changes to your desired fields, click 'Update'
How to Remove an Address
To remove an existing address in your address book you must first navigate to the 'Addresses' tab within your address book, this will allow you to view a list of all addresses associated with your profile.

Once you have located the address you want to remove, click the 'drop-down arrow' next to that address.
Click 'Delete' to remove the address
Click 'Delete' again to confirm removal.
