Import Multiple Addresses in 'My Address Book'

Managing multiple addresses efficiently is an important task for businesses and individuals who rely on accurate delivery services. To simplify this process, the UPS Forwarding Hub offers a Bulk Upload feature that allows you to upload multiple addresses details all at once using a formatted Excel file. This article will provide an introduction to the bulk upload feature, guiding you through the steps to prepare and upload your address book in a few easy clicks. By leveraging this tool, you can save time, reduce manual entry errors, and keep your account organized for seamless shipments. 



How to Bulk Upload Multiple Addresses


To access your address book, ensure you are logged into the UPS Forwarding Hub. Once logged in, navigate to your address book using the 'My Profile Page'.

On the 'Address Book' Page, select 'Add Saved Addresses'


Select the 'Import Multiple Addresses'


Take a moment to 'Review the Required Fields' in order to successfully upload your addresses.


'Download' a copy of the Excel Template


'Input Address Information' into required fields in the excel file.


Once information is ready, 'Save the File' to your computer.


Now go back to the Add New Address screen.


'Drag and Drop the File' you just saved or click 'Upload' to manually add file.


Verify that your file is listed in the upload box


Click 'Submit' 


Follow the instructions on screen to 'Review, Edit, and Save' your imported addresses


If you encounter issues with the uploaded information, try reloading the excel form again using the 'Re-Upload' button.
