How to Add a New Contact

Follow these steps to add a new contact to ‘My Address Book’:

Log into the UPS Forwarding Hub and go to your ‘My Profile Page.’



On the ‘Address Book’ page, select the ‘Contacts’ tab.




Click ‘Add New Contact.’



Fill in all required fields with the contact details, such as name, email, and phone number.


Click ‘Add’ to save the contact.



If needed, add notes or associate the contact with an address. Select an existing address or add a new one.

Your new contact has now been added and ready to use!



How to Edit an Existing Contact


To update information for an existing contact, follow these steps:


Navigate to the ‘Contacts’ tab in your address book.



Locate the contact you want to edit, and click the ‘drop-down arrow’ next to their name.



Select ‘Edit.’



Make changes to the desired fields, such as name, email, or phone number.


Click ‘Update’ to save your changes.

The updated information has been successfully saved to your contact.



How to Remove a Contact


Follow these steps to delete a contact from your address book:


Go to the ‘Contacts’ tab within your address book.



Find the contact you want to remove, and click the ‘drop-down arrow’ next to their name.



Click ‘Delete’ to remove the contact.



Confirm the deletion by clicking ‘Removal.’

The contact has now been deleted and will no longer appear in your address book.
