- Linked accounts
- Addresses
- Contacts
This ensures you can swiftly access and manage crucial shipment details with just a few clicks. Whether you're selecting an account to use for a shipment, adding or updating origin and destination addresses, or choosing consignee or shipper contacts, the process is straightforward and accessible. By properly setting up and managing your address book, you'll save time, reduce errors, and streamline the shipment process for your business.
How to Access Your Address Book
To access your address book, ensure you are logged into the UPS Forwarding Hub. Once logged in, follow these simple steps to view and manage your address book:

Navigate to the 'My Profile' menu located at the top right corner of the screen
Select 'My Profile Page'
Locate the 'Address Book & Linked Accounts' tile
Click 'Manage'
Once inside your address book, you can select the specific tab you'd like to manage, whether it's linked accounts, addresses, or contacts.
You are now ready to make any necessary updates or changes to streamline your shipping process.
