The UPS Forwarding Hub offers flexible options to manage your contacts and ensure they are associated with the correct addresses. Whether you want to add a new contact to an address or link an existing contact to an address already listed, the process is quick and straightforward. This article will outline how to add, edit, and remove a contact from your address books 'Contact' tab.
How to Add a New Contact
To access your address book, ensure you are logged into the UPS Forwarding Hub. Once logged in, navigate to your address book using the 'My Profile Page'.

On the 'Address Book' Page, select the 'Contacts' tab
Select 'Add New Contact'
'Update the fields' with contact details
Click 'Add'
'Add Notes' for the new contact
You can also 'Associate an Address' for the new contact. Choose one from your existing addresses or add a new one.
How to Edit an Existing Contact
To edit an existing address in your address book you must first navigate to the 'Contacts' tab within your address book, this will allow you to view a list of all contacts associated with your profile.

Once you have located the contact you want to edit, click the 'drop-down arrow' next to the name.
Select 'Edit'
Make changes to your desired fields, click 'Update'
How to Remove a Contact
To remove an existing contact in your address book you must first navigate to the 'Contacts' tab within your address book, this will allow you to view a list of all contacts associated with your profile.

Once you have located the contact you want to remove, click the 'drop-down arrow' next to that name.
Click 'Delete' to remove the contact
Click 'Removal' to confirm deletion.
