How to Change Your Email Address

The ability to update your email address within your UPS Forwarding Hub profile, is not available. Your UFH login is associated with your primary UPS login credentials, which is used to access multiple shipping tools across our company.

Need to update your email address? Visit UPS.com and follow these steps: 

Step 1: Login to UPS.com

Step 2: Click the 'Profile Icon' at the top right corner of the page

Step 3: Click 'Account Dashboard'

Step 4: Select Profile tab, scroll to 'Security' 

Step 5: Click 'Update Email' and update your new email address

A verification code will be sent to your updated email address. After completing the necessary steps, your UPS® Forwarding Hub profile will be updated to reflect the changes.
