How to Request a Certificate of Insurance

  1. Email insureshieldsupport@ups.com.
  2. Please attach your ‘Booking Request Confirmation’ (PDF) or a similar level of shipment detail to the email to expedite your request.
  3. If you have any additional questions about the process for requesting a Certificate of Insurance, contact insureshieldsupport@ups.com.

Disclaimer: A Certificate of Insurance (COI) can only be requested through this process for shipments that were booked and insured via the UPS® Forwarding Hub. For North American Air Freight shipments or any shipments booked outside of the UPS Forwarding Hub, please use the legacy process to request Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
