Bulk Upload Addresses to Your UPS Forwarding Hub

Save time and reduce errors by using the Bulk Upload feature in the UPS Forwarding Hub to import multiple addresses at once. This feature allows you to upload an Excel template with address entries, making your shipments more efficient and hassle-free. Follow the step-by-step guide below to get started. 



Step 1: Log in and Access the Address Book


Go to UPS Forwarding Hub and log in with your UFH credentials.


Navigate to 'My Profile Page' and select the 'Address Book' option.

Step 2: Download and Prepare the Excel Template


On the Address Book page, click 'Add Saved Addresses' and then select 'Import Multiple Addresses.'




Click 'Download Template' to get the pre-formatted Excel file.



Open the template and input your address information. Ensure all required fields are filled correctly to avoid upload errors.


Save the completed template.



Step 3: Upload and Verify Your File


Return to the Address Book page. Drag and drop the saved Excel file into the upload box, or click 'Upload' to select the file manually.



Verify your file appears in the upload box before continuing.


Click 'Submit' to upload your addresses.



Follow the on-screen instructions to review, edit, and save your uploaded addresses.

Tip: If you encounter any formatting or data errors during the upload process, use the 'Re-Upload' option to submit a corrected file.

Step 4: Finalize Your Address Book

Once your addresses are successfully uploaded and verified, they will be saved to your Address Book. You can start using them immediately for your shipments.
