Q1: Can I pay my first billing invoice online?
No, your first invoice can be used to register for UPS® Billing Center, but it will not be available online, as the Billing Center will only allow you to pay invoices after you have validated your account.
Q2: What charges are included in my billing invoice?
Here's a rough estimate of Air and Ocean freight movement charges paid by the shipper.

Q3: What are the different types of fees listed on my invoice?
There are three types of fees you may see on your shipment invoice:
- Transportation Fees – Cost associated with air, fuel, and security are included in your estimated quote.
- Routine Brokerage Fees - Cost applied for importing/exporting goods, and routine entry fees that vary based on freight. You can add brokerage services when booking a shipment.
- Government Fees - Cost determined by local governing authorities, ex. Value Added Tax (VAT).
