When to Expect Your Freight Invoice
Knowing when your invoice will be generated is key to managing your payments effectively. The timing of your invoice depends on the specific freight service used to transport your cargo.
Air Freight: Invoices are generated and released automatically once shipment delivery is confirmed in our system. With shorter transit times, air freight invoices are received much faster.
- Ocean Freight: Invoices are generated and released once shipment delivery is confirmed in our system. However, due to extended transit times, ocean invoices generally take longer to receive.
Final invoicing isn't provided until delivery is complete, due to the possibility of additional charges being added while your cargo is in transit.
