Ways to Pay Your Freight Invoice

If you have a UPS billing account, you can easily manage payments through the UPS® Billing Center. Choose between making a one-time payment or setting up automatic withdrawals from your bank account for added convenience.

  • eCheck: Settle your invoices and statements electronically via Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments. To enable this option, you must first register your account in the UPS Billing Center and link a bank account within the "Payment Accounts" section.

  • Autopay: Set up recurring automatic payments from a card or bank account within your UPS Billing Center account.

  • Line of Credit: Streamline your billing and payment process by applying for credit with UPS. This offers greater flexibility and convenience for all your shipping needs. To get started, see Apply for Credit to Move Your Freight.

  • Mail (check or money order): Please make checks or money orders payable to the remittance address found on your freight shipping invoice. In some locations, this payment can also be directly given to the pick-up or delivery driver at the time of service.
