Access Your Archived Shipping Documents in UFH

Streamline your logistics by efficiently managing current or past shipping documents. In the UPS Forwarding Hub (UFH), access shipping documents associated with archived past shipments, download blank shipping forms you need for your cargo, or pick-up where you left off while completing a new form for an upcoming shipment.  

The following steps will guide you through locating the forms available in the UFH.

Navigate to your 'Dashboard' and locate the 'My Documents' tile

To view and download:

• Previously completed documents - Select 'My Document Archive' 
• Blank Shipping Forms - Select 'Blank Shipping Documents'

To complete and upload forms for a recently booked shipment:

•  Locate and select the shipment # under 'Recent Shipments'

In the document archive view, you can locate shipping documents by:

• Searching a specific shipment number
• Filtering to see certain documents by timeframe, origin, or destination

In the blank shipping documents, you can view the most common forms used to move freight

Select the 'Blank Shipping Documents' tab

Click 'Download' for the form you need
