Helpful Tips
- An account number is not required to submit a quote or booking request. Providing an account number allows eligible special rate agreements or discounts to be considered when preparing a quote.
- Include supporting documents when applicable. Examples include packing lists, SDS/MSDS documents, commercial invoices, and product specifications.
- Provide complete shipment information to help reduce follow-up requests. For cargo with different dimensions, list each pallet, crate, carton, or cargo piece separately.
- Review the details before proceeding. Responses are AI-generated, so confirm quote, booking, shipment, and rate information for accuracy.
