Q1: Can I use any pallet or wood to pack/crate my freight?

For international shipments, you need to use only wood that meets International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures No. 15 (ISPM 15)

Q2: How should I wrap my palletized freight for transport? 

In ground transportation, it is common for goods to be wrapped with either transparent or non-transparent plastic wrap. For most international air or ocean moves, the goods must be wrapped with transparent wrap. This is required for the goods to be visible to the transport company as well as customs officials as the freight crosses borders.
